åtto Abrasives is a long-established manufacturer of abrasive wheels including Precision Rubber and Resin Bonded cutting discs.
Utilizing years of experience, modern technology and proven formulations, our range of precision cutting discs are used worldwide. Our cutting wheels are manufactured in thickness from 0.1 mm to 6.3mm. åtto Rubber and Resin bonds allow you to select the most appropriate disc for your application.
Whatever your requirements, we have the solution. Wet or dry cutting, burr free cutting of medical tubing, metallurgical sampling of critical parts, slitting or slotting from 0.1 mm, non-ferrous rods and tubes, the åtto range has the answer.

Rubber Bonded:
Most suitable for wet cutting, åtto Rubber bonded wheels are available in diameters from 25 mm to 500 mm. Wheels come in thickness from 0.1 mm with a standard thickness tolerance of +/-0.05mm. Tighter tolerances upon request. Standard specifications are manufactured with Aluminium Oxide (A), Silicon Carbide (C) White Aluminium Oxide (WA) and Green Silicon Carbide (GC) and in grit sizes from 46 to 1200. In addition CBN and Diamond are available in thicken down to 0.1 mm.
Resin Non-Reinforced Cutting wheels:
Designed to achieve excellent results, with or without a coolant, the åtto selection of non-reinforced resin wheels are available with A, WA, C and GC abrasives from 46 to 1200 grit sizes. Used in a wide variety of applications from control cables, metallurgical sampling and burr free cutting of medical tubes.
Metallurgical Cutting:
With both Rubber and resin bonded options, the åtto Abrasives range gives you an unrivalled selection to choose from. Our Rubber range provide super thin wheels for those delicate applications where sectioning will impact the outcome.
