Fine Grit - Super Finishing Wheels
åtto's innovative approach to the manufacture of abrasive products, has allowed it develop customized Fine Grit - Super Finishing products for applications within the medical, aerospace, bearing and roller industries.
Built on a reputation for quality, the åtto Super Finishing range offers grit sizes up to 2,000 mesh, in bonds suitable for Centreless, Roll and Cylindrical Grinding, as well as Ball Lapping.

Bond Selection:
The åtto Super Finishing range is manufactured in a unique XB, polymer bond, designed to complement the finer range of abrasive grit sizes. Rubber and Cork/Rubber bonds are also available for Centreless grinding up to 600 grit.
All bonds are offered to allow you combine a range of grit sizes within one wheel. The grit sizes are chosen to give the customers the required stock removal and finish in a single pass.
Wheels are formulated to suit the customer specification and be it for Ball Lapping, Needle Pointing or Roll Polishing our personnel will assist you in identifying the correct product for you specific needs.
