Rubber Bonded Cutting Wheels
åtto offers a range of Precision Rubber Bonded cutting wheels in grades to meet your specific requirement. Wheels are designed for burr free, accurate, cutting of a range of materials including glass, alnico, stainless steel, titanium, tungsten, and molybdenum.
åtto Rubber Bonded cutting wheels are widly used for burr free cutting of precision tubes, magnets, electrical contacts, control cables, laminated transformer cores, ejector pins and extruded wire shapes.
Due to close thickness tolerances, åtto precision cutting wheels are widly used in slotting applications, such as, pen nib slitting, collet slotting, piston rings and seal manufacture; and in the manufacture of flexible card clothing.
